Our Online Classes
Pilates (55 min)
This mat-based class focuses on strength, stability, flexibility, posture and proper breath control. In this class we will strengthen our deep muscles, our core. Participation in this class will help you to improve your posture and slender your body.
Back Health (55 min)
Classes are designed to strengthen back muscles as well as spine supporting muscles, and improve your flexibility and mobility which is important for back health. Through a combination of targeted exercises, proper alignment techniques and gentle stretches you will keep your back strong and pain-free.
Stretching & Mobility (55 min)
Safe stretching routine which includes elements of mobility training and relaxation. Regular stretching and mobility workouts will keep your muscles flexible, strong and healthy, and will prevent you from risk of strains, muscle damage and joint pain.
Low Impact Cardio+Upper Body (55 min)
Fitness class that consists of three parts: 25 minutes cardiovascular exercises that are gentle to the joints and minimize stress on the body, followed by 20 minutes work on upper body - arms shoulders and back, finished with 10 minutes after-workout stretches.
Chair Exercises & Stretches (55 min)
This class is tailored for everyone who prefer gentle movements and stretches that can be done while seated or with support for more balance, making it ideal also for those with limited mobility as well as for everyone who would like to do some exercises and stretches on their lunch break at work. If you are looking to relieve tension, increase circulation or simply unwind, this class is for you.
Personal Training Session (55 min)
One-on-One workout sessions with your fitness trainer will be carefully crafted to cater to your individual needs and preferences. Each workout session is tailored to target your specific goals, whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength building, flexibility improvement, or overall wellness enhancement.

SUMMER GARDEN STRETCHING CIRCLE
Discover renewed energy and enjoy gentle movements designed to release tension and improve flexibility, all while soaking up the summer ambiance. This in-person one-time special summer event is hosted by our Papaya Fitness community member, and is taking place in her beautiful garden in Dundaga, Latvia.
Gathering for the event from 12.00 EEST, Stretching Class starts at 12.15 EEST.
